The most difficult for us is moral dilema, the conflict between our conscience and the survive or other benefits. It makes man struggle and suffering. As for the issue of abortion, if the fetus has some severe congenital disease, or the medical problem has threatened the mother's life, it is no doubt that the doctor has to perform abortion in order to protect the mother. And from this example, we can find that it is not that we have only choise, but it is the most reasonable one without any doubt.
